Colin is a partner in the Saskatoon office with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution.
Although Colin has experience across many practice areas, his focus is on assisting clients who are in need of litigation and dispute resolution in the areas of professional negligence, construction law, commercial litigation, employment and administrative law.
Colin was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2011, the Saskatchewan Bar in 2018, and joined McKercher LLP in June 2018. Colin was invited to join the partnership in 2020. Before joining McKercher LLP, Colin was a partner at an Alberta law firm. Prior to this, Colin clerked at the Court of Queen’s Bench in Calgary where he articled to the Honourable M. Justice Alan D. Macleod.
Colin is also an active member in Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW), a global association of independent commercial law firms.
