The firm received a clean opinion, representing the highest level of assurance available under the SOC 2 framework.

SOC 2 is a widely recognized standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to evaluate how organizations manage and safeguard sensitive information. McKercher LLP's report covers the Trust Services Criteria of Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy, reflecting controls that are especially important in the legal profession and in the protection of privileged client information.
