Shelby is an associate in the Saskatoon office where she maintains a general litigation practice, with a focus on Indigenous Law, Insurance Defence, and professional disciplinary matters. Shelby has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, Saskatchewan Provincial Court, the Federal Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals.
Shelby received her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Education with Distinction and a Certificate in Educational Psychology and Special Education from the University of Saskatchewan. While attending the College of Law, Shelby was awarded the Eldon Woolliams Scholarship and was a research assistant for Professor Lavallee.
Shelby is a sessional lecturer for the Western Canada Moot team at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law.
Outside of the office, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in her home community, Saskatoon.
