Elliott J. Peterson

Elliott’s practice consists of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, natural resource development, First Nations and Aboriginal Law, securities law, corporate reorganizations, corporate financing, and estate planning.

Elliott also maintains a real estate practice, including residential and commercial transactions, financing and leasing. His real estate experience includes handling agreements and disputes governed by The Landlord and Tenant Act and The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.

Outside of the office, Elliott enjoys spending time with his wife and son, staying active, golfing, and going to the lake.
