Sherry is a Collections Paraprofessional in the Saskatoon office.
Sherry provides assistance with general debt recovery to lawyers and clients. She has extensive knowledge of The Enforcement of Money Judgments Act and experience drafting all documents necessarily incidental to unsecured debt collection, including registrations at Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry and Saskatchewan Land Title Registry. Sherry works with debtors and creditors to help them reach suitable repayment arrangements, settlements, and satisfaction debts.
Before joining McKercher LLP, Sherry worked in the legal industry for more than 15 years in the Provinces of Saskatchewan and Alberta, gaining a variety of experience.
