Sandra (Sandy) is a Collections & Foreclosure Paraprofessional in our Regina office.
Sandra assists lawyers and clients with general debt recovery. Her duties include preparing demand notices and court pleadings, arranging service of documents, registration of judgments, orders, and enforcement proceedings, and processing real estate sales and insurance claims. Sandra also deals with creditors and debtors to help them reach suitable repayment arrangements, settlements, and satisfaction of debt.
Sandra began working in the legal field in 1986. She obtained her Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Regina in 1992 and continued working in the legal field, handling accounting and administration duties. Sandra worked for a local accounting firm specializing in oil and gas production bookkeeping for seven years. She returned to the legal field in 2016, joining the Foreclosure Department at McKercher LLP's Regina location.
