Reinna is a Corporate Paraprofessional at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office, supporting lawyers and clients in various corporate matters.
Her responsibilities encompass handling incorporations and organizations, maintaining minute books and ledgers, preparing documentation for corporate annual returns and annual extra-provincial registration filings, and managing amendments, name changes, continuances, restorals, and dissolutions through the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada online platforms. Reinna also collaborates closely with the Technology and High Growth Startups Practice Group.
She joined McKercher LLP after completing her Professional Legal Assistant program in early 2023. She started as a practicum student in February and has been with the Firm since. Reinna is proficient in both English and Tagalog.
