Jim is an Of Counsel in the Saskatoon office where he has extensive real property experience including corporate financing, negotiation of purchase and sale, due diligence and planning issues.
Jim Gorkoff’s practice focuses on general commercial law, corporate governance and organization and real property. His extensive real property experience includes corporate financing, negotiation of purchase and sale, due diligence and planning issues. Jim is also experienced with ISC registration issues, construction contracts and builder’s lien issues.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Laws in 1994 from the University of Saskatchewan, following a successful career in business. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Saskatchewan in 1982. Jim joined the partnership of the firm in 2006, transitioned to Of Counsel in 2024 and works in the Saskatoon office.
