George is a partner in the Saskatoon office and Chair of the firm’s Labour and Employment Law Practice Group.
George is a strongly inspired, driven, and results-oriented lawyer. He strives to provide his clients with the most practical, realistic, and cost-effective solutions to their legal issues.
George has extensive experience advising clients regarding employment contracts, terminations, wrongful dismissal/reasonable notice litigation, minimum standards legislation, enforceability of non-competition/solicitation agreements, occupational health & safety charges, employment policies & handbooks, workplace investigations, accommodations, and human rights.
George is also the firm’s Primary Representative with the Employment Law Alliance, which provides the firm and its clients with immediate access to leading employment lawyers in every Canadian province, each U.S. state, and over 100 countries around the world.
George began his legal career with the firm in 2002 and joined the partnership in 2010. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in 1999 and Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) in 2002.
George is a Past President of the Saskatoon Bar Association, Treasurer of the Saskatoon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers’ Association.
George also maintains a practice in the areas of debt recovery and criminal defence.
