Dezarae Senft is a partner in the Regina office who practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate and general corporate/commercial and business law.

Dezarae Senft recently joined the partnership at McKercher LLP in the Regina office. Before joining McKercher LLP in April 2023, Dezarae worked in the Regina office of a large national firm and the Calgary office of a large international firm.

Dezarae practices exclusively in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate and general corporate/commercial and business law. Dezarae provides her clients with high-quality service and pragmatic advice and has been involved in various sophisticated transactions. She has represented many companies in connection with purchase and sale transactions, amalgamations, plans of arrangement, mergers, reorganizations & restructurings, financings & private capitalization, and commercial development & leasing. Her practice involves assisting clients with a transaction’s initial strategic decision-making and risk assessment stage through exploratory meetings, confidentiality and other ancillary agreements, due diligence, and closing matters. Dezarae has handled a wide range of international transactions and has experience working on transactions in the British Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom.
