Dan is a partner in the Regina office where he practices corporate and commercial transactions, commercial financing, corporate governance, secured transactions, real estate and employment law. 

Dan practices extensively in corporate and commercial transactions, commercial financing, corporate governance, secured transactions, real estate and employment law. 

He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996, and his Bachelor of Arts (Political Studies) from the University of Regina in 1993. He joined the partnership of the Firm in 2006. 

In January 2012, Dan was appointed to the Board of Governors for the University of Regina for a three-year term.  He was then re-appointed for a second three-year term in 2015 and then served as Board Chair until 2018.
