Charlene assists lawyers and clients within the corporate area of practice. Charlene's duties include management of corporate minute books, preparation and control of annual maintenance and compliance, ISC submissions for name reservations, incorporations, notices, and dissolutions, Saskatchewan and Extra-Provincial registrations, as well as assistance with corporate amalgamations and reorganizations.
Charlene has worked in the legal profession in Saskatchewan since 1989. She spent 35 years as a legal assistant and paraprofessional in Regina before joining McKercher LLP in 2023.
