Charity prepares organizational documents for new incorporations, corporate amendments, amalgamations and continuances, including preparing and organizing corporate minute books. She works with accountants, lawyers, and clients preparing reorganization documents, including agreements, resolutions, share certificates and all other required documents, including preparing closing books. Charity assists agents and lawyers from different provinces with out-of-province corporate matters.
