Carter is a current articling student in the Firm's Regina office.
Carter obtained his Bachelor of Human Justice from the University of Regina in 2019. During his undergraduate studies, Carter also completed a French language exchange program in Trois-Rivières, Quebec.
Carter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2025. During law school, Carter served on the executive committee of multiple clubs and student initiatives.
He is looking forward to gaining experience in a wide variety of practice areas.
Outside of the office, Carter enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
