Caroline is an associate in the Saskatoon office practicing general litigation with a particular interest in health law, medical malpractice, and professional regulation.
She also maintains an interest in assisted reproduction matters including drafting gestational carrier agreements, donation agreements, and declarations of parentage.
Caroline earned her BA in Psychology (Dean’s List) from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2019, followed by her Juris Doctor (with Distinction) in 2022 from the University of Saskatchewan. Caroline joined McKercher LLP as an articling student in 2022 and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2023.
During law school, Caroline assisted with research on COVID-19 and international travel restrictions. She was also on the Editorial Board of the Saskatchewan Law Review and volunteered at CLASSIC’s Legal Advice Clinic. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading, weight training, and watching Formula 1 races with her family.
