Bryan is the Chief Operating Officer of McKercher LLP and is based in the Saskatoon office. He brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience from Saskatchewan’s health system, most recently serving as Vice President for the provincial health authority. Bryan has a strong track record in operational excellence, continuous improvement, financial stewardship, and data‑informed decision‑making.
Throughout his career, Bryan has provided operational oversight for complex, multi‑disciplinary portfolios with scope spanning financial stewardship, people and workforce management, technology enablement, facilities, and communications. He is known as a steady and credible leader who strengthens governance, quality, and execution–particularly in environments that value trust, structure, and thoughtful decision‑making.
