Amanda has experience with various corporate reorganization transactions and routine incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, business name registrations, extra-provincial registrations, continuances, dissolutions and related corporate maintenance matters. Amanda is familiar with Federal and Saskatchewan business corporations as well as non-profit entities.
