Dianne is a Corporate Paraprofessional in the Saskatoon Office.
Dianne returned to the legal profession in 2005 and joined McKercher LLP in 2015.
Dianne assists lawyers and clients with the First Nation practice group concerning corporate law. She has experience with Provincial, Federal, non-profit and extra-provincial entities. Dianne helps with the incorporation of General Partners and the registration of their Limited Partners. She also assists with amalgamations, reorganizations, amendments, business name registrations, extra-provincial registrations, continuances, dissolutions and related corporate matters, including maintaining corporate records and minute books.
