2026 McKercher LLP Community Fund recipient Big Brothers Big Sisters of Moose Jaw (BBBS of Moose Jaw) – a satellite agency of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina – works to ignite the potential of young people through life-changing mentoring relationships. The grant received from the firm will directly support BBBS of Moose Jaw with their In School Mentoring Program (ISM).

The ISM program matches students with trained adult mentors from diverse backgrounds. Delivered within local schools, the program builds stable, one-to-one relationships that support social development, emotional regulation, and school engagement for young people facing adversity. By fostering a sense of belonging and strengthening connections between students, families and schools, the program contributes to healthier individuals and stronger communities.

McKercher LLP thanks BBBS of Moose Jaw for the important work they do to facilitate life-changing relationships aimed at breaking down societal barriers and address adversities in the lives of local youth. We are proud to support the ISM program and their efforts in building a stronger, more connected Moose Jaw, one mentoring match at a time.
