Dezarae S. Senft has joined McKercher LLP as a partner in the firm’s Regina office. Dezarae practices exclusively in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate and general corporate/commercial and business law. She brings a wealth of experience providing pragmatic advice by assisting clients with the initial strategic decision-making and risk assessment stage of a transaction, through to exploratory meetings, confidentiality and other ancillary agreements, due diligence, and closing matters. She has handled transactions across many industries locally and internationally.

McKercher LLP welcomes Dezarae to the firm effective April 1, 2023, bringing the total number of partners Saskatchewan-wide to 40.
