Associate

Tyson is a corporate/commercial lawyer in our Saskatoon office and a member of our Indigenous, Resource and Technology practice groups.

Tyson is called to both the Saskatchewan and Alberta Bar. He has experience advising clients across Western Canada in the areas of project development, regulatory law, partnerships, commercial transactions and governance. In addition to corporate and commercial law, Tyson is well-versed in First Nations governance and land-related matters.

 

Before joining McKercher LLP, Tyson gained valuable business experience working for large institutions in the industries of casino and gaming, investment management and renewable energy. Tyson’s legal skill set is complimented by his business acumen, which he continues to build on through volunteer and board work.

 

Tyson is also a proud member of Zagime Anishinabek First Nation, a distance runner and an outdoor enthusiast.
