Roxanne S. Ouellette

Roxanne is a litigation partner in the Firm’s Regina office. She practices primarily in the areas of family law and insurance. Roxanne has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan, including the Court of Appeal. Roxanne joins McKercher from another firm in Regina after more than six years of practice.

As a member of the Firm’s Family Law Practice Group, Roxanne has experience in relation to all aspects of family disputes and litigation. She handles matters including parenting, child support, spousal support, and division of family property. Her practice includes working with clients where there are complex family property estates which include corporations, partnerships, and farm land.
