Kelsey is an associate in the Regina office who maintains a practice in insurance and corporate/commercial litigation, estate planning and estate administration.

Kelsey joined McKercher LLP as an associate lawyer in 2021. She maintains a practice in insurance and corporate/commercial litigation, estate planning and estate administration. Before joining McKercher LLP in 2021, Kelsey practiced for four years with a mid-sized law firm in Regina primarily in the areas of civil litigation, debtor creditor law, and wills and estates planning and litigation.

 

Kelsey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law where she graduated with Great Distinction in 2017 and was the recipient of the Cecil G. Schmitt Prize for highest standing in Company Law in 2015 in addition to several other scholarships. Prior to attending law school, Kelsey completed undergraduate studies at the University of Regina and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration with Great Distinction in 2019.

 

Kelsey enjoys competing in and watching many sports including golf, curling and slo-pitch. Kelsey also loves to spend time with her family at Crooked Lake and Cypress Hills and catch up with friends at local restaurants and bars.
