How do I register a builders’ lien?

In order to register a builders’ lien in the construction industry, you need to fill out a Claim of Lien form. You will then need to swear an Affidavit of Verification in front of a lawyer or Commissioner for Oaths. The Claim of Lien and Affidavit of Verification must then be filed with Information Services Corporation (ISC) along with the prescribed fee. ISC will then register the lien.
