Arbitration

Most disputes have the potential to be resolved by private arbitration, provided both parties to the dispute are willing to seek resolution through private arbitration.  While private arbitration does not have all the formality of the court system, it does engage numerous legal considerations.  Further, there are advantages and disadvantages to arbitration that may vary depending on specific facts.  Therefore, parties would be well advised to speak to legal counsel when considering private arbitration.
