Zina is an associate in the Regina office.

Zina is a lawyer in the Regina office and practices primarily family law, child protection, insurance defence, and civil litigation. Zina obtained her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2017. She articled with McKercher LLP in 2017 and joined the firm as an associate in 2018.

 

As a member of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, Zina has experience assisting clients with the negotiation and preparation of interspousal contracts including pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. She advises clients with parenting, guardianship, and child support issues and assists with negotiation of spousal support and division of family property. Zina has supported clients in resolving family law matters both in Court and outside of Court. Her approach to family law files is to advocate for practical solutions to the often sensitive and complex issues.
