Richika J. Bodani

Richika maintains a general civil litigation practice with a primary focus on health law and insurance law. In addition to appearing before several regulatory bodies, Richika has experience before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Saskatchewan Provincial Court, and the Federal Court of Canada, including a multi-week civil litigation trial at the Court of Queen’s Bench.

Richika was born and raised in Regina. She obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Regina in 2011 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law in 2014. In 2021, Richika received her Certificate in Health Law from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. She joined the partnership in 2023.

Richika is currently the President of the Regina Bar Association. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, and has been a volunteer with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan since 2014.
