Kelsey is a partner in the Saskatoon office and enjoys practicing in the area of civil litigation with a focus on health law, insurance law, and professional disciplinary matters.

Kelsey is a partner in the Saskatoon office and enjoys practicing in the area of civil litigation with a focus on health law, insurance law, and professional disciplinary matters. She was called to the Bar in 2014 and has since advocated for clients at all levels of Saskatchewan Courts and before several regulatory bodies. Kelsey has also assisted clients with matters before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court.

 

Kelsey received her Juris Doctor (with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law, in 2013. While attending, Kelsey was awarded the John Beke Q.C. Prize in Children and the Law, the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan Harry Dahlem Scholarship, the Chief Justice of Saskatchewan’s Justice System and Access to Justice Prize, a Law Review Honour, and a University of Saskatchewan Scholarship. Kelsey was invited to join the partnership in 2021.

 

Kelsey is active in her community and has been involved with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan, Pro Bono Students Canada, CLASSIC, and the Canadian Bar Association.
