Our Firm has an extensive practice in the areas of First Nations business, taxation and constitutional law. A large component of the Firm's practice in this area is devoted to litigation on behalf of First Nations clients, with particular emphasis in the areas of taxation, specific claims and employment law. The Firm also assists First Nations in negotiations with all levels of government on jurisdictional issues and in advancing First Nations interests.
