The article, ‘International Commercial Arbitration Harmony, published in the October issue of Lexpert Magazine provides a discussion from across Canada on the use of arbitration in international disputes.  The article states that many Canadian provinces have failed to keep their statutes up to date when it comes to International Commercial Arbitration.  The discussion, however, reveals some recent provincial amendments that are designed to make the process work better.  Saskatoon lawyer and partner, Christopher J.
